• We deliver across India to PIN codes serviced by our courier partners (e.g., Delivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, India Post).

2. Processing & Dispatch Timeline
• Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding national and local holidays).
• Dispatch Notification: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via Email/SMS/WhatsApp.
3. Estimated Delivery Timelines
• Metro Cities: 2 to 5 business days after dispatch.
• Rest of India: 4 to 8 business days after dispatch.
• Remote/North-East/J&K Locations: 7 to 12 business days after dispatch.
Note: Deliveries may experience unexpected delays due to extreme weather, state lockdowns, transport strikes, or festive rush.
4. Shipping Charges
• Prepaid Orders: Free shipping on orders above ₹4000. A flat shipping fee of ₹80 applies to orders below this threshold.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): An additional COD fee of ₹50 may apply at checkout.
5. Undelivered Packages & Non-Availability
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect/incomplete address, unreachable contact number, or repeated customer refusal during delivery:
• For Prepaid Orders, we will issue a refund after deducting round-trip shipping costs.
• For COD Orders, future order placement via COD may be restricted.
